Yes, absolutely. In fact, we encourage customers to request samples whenever possible. We’re proud of the quality of our products, and seeing them in person is often the best way to appreciate the print quality, materials, and finish.
You can request a sample here.
If you’d like something more tailored, get in touch and we may also be able to arrange a branded sample so you can get a better idea of how your finished order could look.
It’s a fair question, and one every customer should ask before placing an order online. Rather than simply telling you why you should trust us, we prefer to let our policies and service speak for themselves.
Where account terms have been agreed, we print, package, and bind your calendars (along with our other promotional and fundraising products) before requesting payment, unless a prompt payment discount has been agreed. We’re so confident you’ll be happy with the finished product that we even dispatch your order before you pay.
If you’d like to see external reviews, you can see our Trustpilot or search for us on Google.
You’re not the first person to feel this way, and we completely understand. Not everything is best done online, which is why you can simply get in touch via our contact page and speak to a real person about your order.
Yes, we may be able to match a competitor’s price. Please send us a genuine quote from another calendar manufacturer for a like-for-like product, and we’ll review it. You can send your quote here. Price matching is not available against quotes from our own sales agents.
All of our products, including fundraising calendars, promotional calendars and other printed items, are produced to order. Because each job is different, our machinery needs to be set up and calibrated specifically for your order, which creates a fixed production cost regardless of quantity.
As a result, smaller orders are naturally more expensive per unit, while larger quantities benefit from much lower unit pricing. If you’re able to increase your quantity, you’ll usually see the cost per item reduce noticeably.
If you still feel the quoted price doesn’t fairly reflect your order or requirements, please get in touch. While we can’t always reduce pricing, we’re happy to review your quotation and see whether there’s anything we can do to help.
If you need your order urgently, we offer a range of expedited production options depending on your deadline and the product required.
These include our Fast Track and Rush services, which are designed to reduce production lead times where possible. If your deadline is particularly tight, please get in touch and we’ll discuss the available options with you.
Dispatch dates are estimated until your proof has been approved.
After proof approval, we can calculate a latest dispatch date based on the turnaround service for your order. That gives you a clearer date to work from and gives us a proper production deadline internally.
If we miss the latest dispatch date and you paid extra for a faster turnaround service, we refund the extra turnaround charge. You can read more in how turnaround services and delivery dates work and how we handle order issues.
Short answer: yes.
Longer answer: because most of our products are branded or otherwise customised, almost every order is unique. In that sense, all products across our current online range, including fundraising calendars and promotional calendars, are made to order.
That said, because we use both lithographic and digital printing processes, we occasionally produce certain unbranded “blank” stock in advance to help manage seasonal demand. For example, we may print the base calendar layout ahead of time and then overprint your branding or advertising afterwards.
Of course, this approach only applies to selected standard product ranges and not to completely bespoke products or designs.
Yes. A quote can usually be changed before the order is confirmed.
The best way to do this is usually to contact us and explain what you would like to change. Alternatively, you can submit another quote for review, but please add a short note explaining that it replaces your previous request.
Yes. If you spot something that needs changing, tell us before you approve the proof.
That might be a spelling correction, a logo change, a different phone number, or a layout adjustment. We will make the change where possible and send the proof back for approval.
Once the proof is approved, changes become much harder. Production may already have started, and any later change could affect the price or dispatch date.
Yes. Many of our customers are businesses, schools, charities and other organisations, so purchase orders are a normal part of how we work.
If your organisation needs to raise a purchase order before the order can proceed, let us know when you send your quote for review. We will confirm the quote details first, then you can issue the purchase order against the agreed specification.
You can read more about the payment side in how payment works for your order.
Yes. You can request more than one sample if you are comparing options before placing an order.
We may limit the number of samples we send, especially if the request is unusually large or does not seem connected to a likely order. That is not meant to be difficult. It just helps us keep free samples available for genuine businesses, schools, charities and other organisations.
Yes, this service is included with most of our product ranges, including promotional calendars.
We will need the assets and instructions for what you would like on your advert, but we can put it together for you.
Yes, we can usually arrange delivery to more than one address.
This might be useful if you need products sent to different branches, schools, offices, sales teams or customers. That said, split delivery can affect the final price because it changes the packing, handling and courier work involved.
If you know you need more than one delivery address, tell us before the quote is confirmed.
Absolutely. Choosing the right promotional or fundraising product doesn’t always come naturally, and many customers come to us unsure of which option would work best for their goals, audience, or budget.
Tell us a little about what you’re trying to achieve, and we’ll happily recommend the most suitable product for your needs. If we genuinely believe another solution would be better - even if it’s something we don’t provide - we’ll point you in the right direction (even if it pains us a little).
Usually, yes, but it depends on the file.
If your logo or image is low resolution, we will check whether it can still be used at the size needed for print. Sometimes a better file is needed. Sometimes we can make practical adjustments, such as resizing, preparing the file properly, or making small technical fixes before proofing.
The safest approach is to send the highest-quality original files you have. Avoid screenshots, heavily compressed images, or files downloaded from social media if you can. For more detail, see how to supply artwork.
In some cases, we can redraw or remake the asset for you on request, but this may involve an additional charge.
Yes. If the standard options on the website are not quite right, contact us and explain what you are trying to make.
Do not worry if the idea feels unusual. If we cannot make it ourselves, we can usually point you in the right direction.
If your bespoke request is mainly about artwork, sending your files in line with our artwork guidelines can help us give you a clearer answer.
We will do our best to match your brand colours, but print is not always identical to what you see on screen.
Screens use RGB light. Commercial print usually uses CMYK ink, and different papers, finishes and print processes can affect how a colour looks in the finished product. If colour matching is especially important, tell us before production so we can advise properly.
If you have brand guidelines, Pantone references or previous printed examples, send them over. They give our studio a better starting point.
Absolutely not.
We only ask that you request a sample if you’re seriously considering placing an order.
No. You can place an order or request a quote before your artwork is fully ready.
If you already have print-ready artwork, send it over and we will check it before production. If you only have a logo, images, company details or an old design, that is usually enough to get started. Our team can tell you what is usable and what might need improving.
Nothing goes to print until you have approved a proof, so you will have a chance to check the artwork before production starts. You can read more in how to supply artwork.
Yes - we do offer eco-friendly and recycled options across a number of our product ranges.
Where possible, we aim to use materials and production processes that reduce environmental impact. However, certain products, finishes, or printing methods may require specific materials in order to achieve the best possible quality and durability.
If you can’t find environmentally friendly options listed on our website, please get in touch. We’ll be happy to talk you through the available recycled, sustainable, or lower-impact options for your particular product.
We manufacture our main product ranges in-house here in the United Kingdom at our West Sussex factory. Our current online range includes fundraising calendars and promotional calendars.
Some promotional merchandise products, such as pens, mugs, and similar items, are sourced through carefully selected specialist suppliers and manufacturing partners.
This approach allows us to maintain quality and control across our main print products while also offering customers a wider range of promotional items.
No.
Sending a quote for review does not commit you to placing an order. You can change your mind, ask for changes, or decide not to go ahead.
An order only starts once the quote has been confirmed and you have agreed to proceed.
No. Turnaround is the time it takes us to manufacture your order once the factory has what it needs to begin.
You can learn more in how turnaround services and delivery dates work.
You can use Track My Order to see the latest factory status for live jobs.
You will need your order code and a delivery postcode linked to the order. Once inside, you can see the job status, production history and dispatch information where available.
Track My Order shows what is happening inside our factory. After dispatch, courier tracking is handled separately. For step-by-step guidance, read how to track your order.
There are excellent printers based in the UK, so it really depends on who you are comparing us against.
That said, we are particularly proud of how we make the buying process easy, how close we are to the factory floor, and the transparency and resources we provide through our support centre.
A lot of print websites focus only on taking the enquiry. We put more effort into explaining the process before you order, showing how pricing works, helping with artwork, and letting customers follow production through Track My Order once the job is live.
That does not make us the right supplier for every job. But if you want a UK-based team that can explain the product, the quote, the proof and the delivery process clearly, we are set up for that. You can start with how promotional calendar pricing works if you want to understand how quotes are built.
Please report obvious issues as soon as possible after delivery.
As a general rule, issues such as damaged goods, missing items, incorrect products or visible defects should be reported quickly so we can investigate properly. For business and organisational orders, obvious issues should be reported within 2 working days of delivery or collection, and hidden manufacturing problems within 14 calendar days. These periods do not limit consumers’ statutory rights.
This is not about making life difficult. It is because packaging, courier records, stock counts and production details are much easier to check while the order is still recent.
You can read the full process in how we handle order issues.
Yes, of course. We recommend placing your order as early as possible, even if you do not need it delivered straight away. You can let our team know your preferred delivery date, and we will do our best to schedule production and delivery around it.
A reminder: You can choose to pay when you place your order and receive a prompt payment discount, or pay after delivery.
The fastest option is usually to contact the person who has been handling your order. You can reply to their email directly, as they will already have the order details and can speak to the factory where needed.
If you mainly want a production update, you can also use Track My Order to check the latest status, dispatch information and production history.
If something has gone wrong after delivery, contact us as soon as possible. It is also worth reading how we handle order issues, especially if goods have arrived damaged, missing or not as expected.
If the product and options you want are already on the website, building a quote is usually the best route. It gives us the product, quantity and specification in a cleaner format, which makes it easier for us to review properly.
If your request is more unusual, contact us instead. That might include bespoke calendar sizes, non-standard materials, special delivery arrangements, mailing requirements, or anything that does not fit neatly into the normal product options.
For us, it means the main work happens here, not behind a vague supply chain.
Our calendars, diaries and notebooks are designed, printed and finished in our West Sussex factory wherever possible. That gives us closer control over quality, turnaround and communication, especially during the busy calendar season. In an increasingly global world, this is becoming rare.
It also means customers can deal with the people responsible for the work, rather than only speaking to a reseller. You can read more about our process in how turnaround services and delivery dates work, or learn what happens if something goes wrong in how we handle order issues.
Once your proof is approved, your order can move into production.
That is the point where the factory can work from a confirmed version of the artwork. We then schedule the job, manufacture it, finish it, pack it and dispatch it according to the turnaround service agreed for your order.
If you approve your proof later than expected, your production timeline may move as well. You can read more in how turnaround services and delivery dates work.
We check the products, quantities, options, delivery details and any notes you have added. If anything needs clarifying, someone from our team will get in touch before the quote is confirmed.
Sending a quote for review is not the same as placing an order. It gives us the information we need to review your requirements properly and come back with a final quote.
A final quote is the one you can hold us to. Online quotes are not always final, although we try to make them as accurate as possible.
Let us know as soon as you can and send clear photos of the damage.
Photos of the outer packaging, box labels, damaged products and any visible courier damage are all useful. Where possible, avoid fully unpacking everything or trying to fix the issue before speaking to us!
If we agree the products are significantly damaged, we will usually arrange a courier collection so the goods can be brought back to our factory and assessed. If the damage was not caused by you, we will work to resolve it at no extra cost and as quickly as we reasonably can.
You can find the full explanation in how we handle order issues.
Tell us as soon as possible and send photos showing the issue clearly.
We will compare the finished goods with the approved proof, your order details and our production records. If we have produced something that does not match what was approved, we will explain the options and work towards a fair resolution.
If the issue was visible in the proof and the proof was approved, our ability to remake the order at our cost is more limited. We will still review it and see what can be done. The guide to how we handle order issues explains this in more detail.
First, check whether the latest dispatch date has been missed.
Production timelines start from proof approval, not from the date you requested a quote or first placed the order. If proof approval took longer than expected, the production timeline may have moved as well.
If your order has gone out late and you paid for a faster turnaround service, we refund or credit the full extra turnaround charge for the affected job if the delay was caused by us. You can read more in how turnaround services and delivery dates work and how we handle order issues.
The dispatch date is when your order leaves our factory. The delivery date is when it reaches you.
That distinction matters because we control the production and dispatch process, but the final delivery stage involves the courier. Once your order has left us, your order representative will usually send courier tracking details.
You can learn more about the distinction in how turnaround services and delivery dates work.
Turnaround time, also known as lead time, refers to the time needed to manufacture your order before it is dispatched or, if you’ve arranged scheduled delivery, placed into storage ready for release.
Production can only begin once you’ve approved your artwork and confirmed that you’re happy with the proof. This means the lead time starts from the point you give us final approval to proceed with production.
Lead times vary depending on the product ordered and the production service selected. For example, turnaround times may differ between our Standard, Fast Track and Rush services.
You can learn more about how turnaround times work for your order here.
We are best suited to organisations ordering branded calendars, fundraising calendars, diaries or notebooks in moderate quantities for promotion or fundraising.
That often includes businesses, schools, charities, clubs and other organisations that want printed products people will actually keep and use. If you are still deciding what is right for your audience, a good place to start is by browsing our promotional calendars range.
If you want to check quality first, the easiest next step is to request a sample.
Send the best quality version you have.
Vector files are ideal for logos. These include AI, EPS, SVG and some PDF files, because they can be scaled without becoming blurry. If you only have a JPEG or PNG, send that anyway. It may still be usable, especially if it is high resolution.
If you are not sure which file is best, send any versions you do have and we will check them. There is no need to guess. Our artwork guide explains the main file types in more detail.
Our current online range includes promotional calendars, fundraising calendars and school fundraising calendars.
In addition, we regularly supply a wide variety of other promotional products on request. If there’s something specific you’re looking for, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Contact us as soon as possible and explain what has happened.
If you already have an order representative, reply to them directly. They will have the order details and can speak to the factory where needed.
Photos are often useful, especially if the goods have arrived damaged, incorrect or not as expected. For damaged deliveries, keep the packaging if you can. It helps us understand whether the issue happened in transit, during packing or somewhere else.
You can read more about the process in how we handle order issues.
Tell us which product or product area you are interested in, what you are trying to compare, and roughly what the order may be for.
For example, you might want to compare sizes, paper quality, binding, finish or the general feel of a promotional calendar, fundraising calendar or school fundraising calendar.
It also helps to include your likely order quantity, when you expect to order, and any specific products you already have in mind. If you are not sure what to ask for, that is fine. Add a short note about your project and we will choose samples that seem useful.
You can also read how to request a sample before filling in the form for more context.
The Track My Order system was developed by Think Promote in 2025 to give customers better visibility into the production process of their orders.
In the promotional and fundraising print industry, it’s common for companies to provide delivery tracking but very little information about what happens beforehand. Since delivery is only a small part of the overall order timeline, we felt customers deserved greater transparency throughout production as well.
Track My Order allows customers to see the progress of their order as it moves through different production stages, while also providing advance notice of any delays or issues that may affect delivery timelines.
Ultimately, the system helps keep customers informed and keeps us accountable.
In most cases, payment is due after your goods have been dispatched.
If you place an order with us directly, our standard payment terms are usually NET 30 from dispatch. If you order through an approved sales agent, the standard terms are usually NET 30 end of month from dispatch.
There can be exceptions. For example, we may ask for earlier payment on new customer accounts, unusually large orders, bespoke work or higher risk orders. If that applies, we will make it clear before the order proceeds.
You can read the full explanation in how payment works for your order.
Your quote needs reviewing because some print orders depend on details that an online quote cannot always check properly.
We review the products, quantities, options, delivery details and any notes you have added. This helps us confirm that the price is correct, the order is possible, and the delivery timescale is realistic.
It also gives us a chance to spot anything that may need clarifying before you place an order. That could include artwork requirements, product options, delivery constraints or anything unusual about the job.
Once reviewed, we can send a final quote. That is the quote you can rely on.
We cannot control how long customers choose to spend reviewing artwork, requesting changes, or finalising designs before production begins.
If you supply your own artwork, we still need time to check the files and ensure there are no issues that could affect print quality. If you’ve asked us to create the artwork for you, there will naturally be some back-and-forth during the design and proofing process before final approval is given.
Because this approval stage is largely controlled by the customer, lead times begin from the point production is approved. This gives customers a clear and fair production timeline.
As a reminder, customers can track the progress of their order throughout production using our Track My Order system.
You can learn more about our policy on turnaround times here.
Yes. Your order will not go to print until you have approved a proof.
The proof is your opportunity to check the layout, logo, contact details, colours, spelling and general appearance before production begins. Please review it carefully, because the approved proof is the version we are authorised to produce.
If something does not look right, tell us before approving it. Changes are much easier to deal with at proof stage than after production has started.
If there is a problem later, the approved proof will usually be an important part of how the issue is reviewed.
Usually, no. Most samples are sent blank or as existing examples, so you can judge the product quality, size, materials and finish.
Sometimes we may be able to prepare an early mock-up with your branding, but we cannot promise this for every request. If this is something you need, please explain what you are trying to check when you submit the form.
If you go on to place an order though, you will receive a branded proof before production. Nothing goes to print until that proof has been approved.
