It is our favourite part of the ordering process, naturally, so we want to make sure it is explained clearly.
Payment terms should not be something you only discover after placing an order. You should know when you will be invoiced, when payment is due, and whether any early payment options are available before you commit.
So, below, we explain how our payment terms work and what you should expect before placing an order.
What are my payment terms?
Essentially:
- If you place an order with us directly, your standard payment terms are NET 30 from dispatch.
- If you place an order with us through an approved sales agent, your standard payment terms are NET 30 end of month from dispatch. In accounting terms, this is often written as NET 30 EOM (you’ll see it written this way on your invoice).
In most cases, you have the option to pay after your goods have been dispatched.
When do we invoice?
We issue your invoice when your goods are dispatched from our factory. This also serves as the tax point in most cases.
