Based in West Sussex
We do the printing and finishing ourselves, from binding calendars to making hardback covers. Here’s a look at how we work.
These clips are from our West Sussex factory, showing just some of the actual kit and finishing steps behind the calendars, diaries and notebooks we make.
Priority 1
We write clear guides for every part of the process, from how pricing and turnaround work to how payment and artwork are handled. You shouldn't have to submit a form or wait for a reply just to understand a product, a price or a policy.
Priority 2
You can build a quote online, put your order together the way you want, and follow it once it's placed. Track My Order shows you where your job is in the factory and when it's due to leave, without waiting on anyone for an update.

Priority 3
We think print still has an important place in modern marketing, but it isn't always the right answer. We'd rather be honest about where it works than try to sell something that isn't right for the customer.
Common questions
The questions we hear most from people deciding whether we're the right fit. If yours isn't here, the team is always happy to talk it through.
It’s a fair question, and one every customer should ask before placing an order online. Rather than simply telling you why you should trust us, we prefer to let our policies and service speak for themselves.
Where account terms have been agreed, we print, package, and bind your calendars (along with our other promotional and fundraising products) before requesting payment, unless a prompt payment discount has been agreed. We’re so confident you’ll be happy with the finished product that we even dispatch your order before you pay.
If you’d like to see external reviews, you can see our Trustpilot or search for us on Google.
Yes, of course. You can view reviews from our customers on Trustpilot, or by searching for Think Promote on Google.
We manufacture our main product ranges in-house here in the United Kingdom at our West Sussex factory. Our current online range includes fundraising calendars and promotional calendars.
Some promotional merchandise products, such as pens, mugs, and similar items, are sourced through carefully selected specialist suppliers and manufacturing partners.
This approach allows us to maintain quality and control across our main print products while also offering customers a wider range of promotional items.
Yes to all four - and many more besides.
We regularly work with businesses, charities, schools, clubs, community organisations, and other groups across the United Kingdom. Over the years, we’ve worked with customers of all sizes and from a wide range of industries and sectors.
Typically, businesses tend to favour our promotional calendars and branded products, while charities, schools, and clubs often choose our bespoke ranges and fundraising calendars.
There are excellent printers based in the UK, so it really depends on who you are comparing us against.
That said, we are particularly proud of how we make the buying process easy, how close we are to the factory floor, and the transparency and resources we provide through our support centre.
A lot of print websites focus only on taking the enquiry. We put more effort into explaining the process before you order, showing how pricing works, helping with artwork, and letting customers follow production through Track My Order once the job is live.
That does not make us the right supplier for every job. But if you want a UK-based team that can explain the product, the quote, the proof and the delivery process clearly, we are set up for that. You can start with how promotional calendar pricing works if you want to understand how quotes are built.
Think Promote officially started trading in early 2014. Since then, we’ve supplied thousands of fundraising and promotional products to businesses, charities, schools, clubs, and organisations across the UK.
While we may not be the oldest company in the industry, we believe our combination of competitive pricing, personal service, and flexible payment terms makes us a trusted choice for many returning customers.
For us, it means the main work happens here, not behind a vague supply chain.
Our calendars, diaries and notebooks are designed, printed and finished in our West Sussex factory wherever possible. That gives us closer control over quality, turnaround and communication, especially during the busy calendar season. In an increasingly global world, this is becoming rare.
It also means customers can deal with the people responsible for the work, rather than only speaking to a reseller. You can read more about our process in how turnaround services and delivery dates work, or learn what happens if something goes wrong in how we handle order issues.
We are best suited to organisations ordering branded calendars, fundraising calendars, diaries or notebooks in moderate quantities for promotion or fundraising.
That often includes businesses, schools, charities, clubs and other organisations that want printed products people will actually keep and use. If you are still deciding what is right for your audience, a good place to start is by browsing our promotional calendars range.
If you want to check quality first, the easiest next step is to request a sample.
Our main manufacturing unit is based in Henfield, West Sussex. Yes - that means we’re a UK-based company, and the overwhelming majority of our products are manufactured and finished in-house here in the United Kingdom - something we’re very proud of.
