Terms for using the Think Promote website, online tools, Quotes, Order Requests, private links and related services.
Published 2 September 2026
Last reviewed 15 October 2026
These terms explain the rules for using the Think Promote website.
They apply to our public website, online tools, Quotes and related website services.
They also govern the website process before we accept an Order. Once we issue an Order Acknowledgement, the accepted Order is governed by our separate Trade Terms and Conditions, together with the details agreed for that Order.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Think Promote Limited.
Think Promote Limited is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 08968414.
Our registered office is Unit 20 Mackley Industrial Estate, Henfield Road, Small Dole, Henfield, West Sussex, BN5 9XR.
any specific terms shown for a promotion, offer, competition or other website feature.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information.
Our Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar browser technologies are used.
Our Trade Terms and Conditions govern Orders accepted by Think Promote and also contain the terms applying to samples we supply.
If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and the Trade Terms in relation to an accepted Order, the Trade Terms and the specific contractual documents for that Order take priority.
3. Using our website
You may use the website for lawful purposes.
You must not use it:
unlawfully or fraudulently;
to transmit malicious code, viruses or harmful material;
to interfere with the operation or security of the website;
to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or data;
to submit deliberately false, misleading or abusive enquiries;
to impersonate another person or organisation;
to infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights; or
in a way that places an unreasonable load on our website or infrastructure.
You must not attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits or access restrictions.
4. Automated access and use of our content
You must not use bots, crawlers, scrapers or other automated systems to access or extract substantial amounts of information from our website without our written permission where doing so:
interferes with the website or our infrastructure;
circumvents technical controls or rate limits;
reproduces substantial parts of our catalogue, pricing data or proprietary content;
creates or assists a competing catalogue or database;
is used to create a dataset for, train or fine-tune a commercial artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system using substantial parts of our content or data; or
is otherwise unlawful.
This does not prevent ordinary indexing by legitimate public search engines, normal browser use or the use of ordinary accessibility tools.
If you would like to use our product information, images or data for another legitimate purpose, contact us.
5. Website availability
We try to keep the website available and working properly.
We do not guarantee that every part of it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
We may suspend, restrict, update or remove part of the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, capacity, legal reasons or changes to our products and services.
We are not required to keep every page, product, price or website feature available indefinitely.
6. Product information, images and prices
6.1 Website information
We work hard to keep product information accurate and current.
Website content is provided to help you explore our products and services. Products, materials, specifications, prices, availability and production times can change before an Order is accepted.
A product page, support article, Quote or price guide does not by itself create a contract between you and Think Promote.
For an accepted Order, the applicable Order Acknowledgement, approved Proof and Trade Terms determine what has actually been agreed.
6.2 Product images and visual examples
Product photography, mock-ups, digital previews and diagrams are there to help you understand the product.
Images may show example branding, photography or optional features that are not included in every configuration.
Screens and commercial printing also reproduce colour differently.
The approved Proof governs the printed content authorised for production. The physical product specification is determined by the Order Acknowledgement and any applicable Special Terms.
6.3 Website prices
Where we show prices, we aim to make clear:
whether VAT is included or excluded;
the quantity or configuration on which the price is based; and
whether delivery or optional charges are included.
Some prices are described as from prices, indicative prices or price guides.
Website pricing is usually current, but no price becomes contractually binding until it is confirmed in an Order Acknowledgement.
If you believe a price is unclear, please ask us before submitting an Order Request.
6.4 Discount codes
A discount code applies only while it is available and only to the products covered by its shown conditions. Unless the offer says otherwise, the percentage is applied to eligible products, selected product options and paid turnaround after any minimum price has been applied. It does not reduce delivery charges. VAT is then calculated on the discounted amount.
Only one discount code can be selected for a live Quote. Some codes are single use, which means the discount can support only one submitted Order Request. Visiting a mailing link or viewing an offer does not apply or use it. A refund does not automatically restore a single-use code.
We check a selected code and recalculate the Quote before an Order Request or card payment is prepared. A code can therefore become unavailable because it has ended, been withdrawn or has already been used. A received Order Request keeps the discount and conditions recorded with it, subject to our acceptance process and any correction discussed with you before an Order is formed.
7. Quotes, calculators and samples
7.1 Live Quotes
The website may let you configure products and build a Quote.
A Quote is intended to help you understand likely pricing and does not itself create an Order.
We normally honour recent website Quotes, but they do not have a standard guaranteed validity period unless we expressly say otherwise.
Older Quotes may be recalculated or reviewed before we accept an Order because prices, materials, availability or production capacity can change.
If the proposed price changes materially before acceptance, we will tell you before issuing an Order Acknowledgement. You can then choose not to proceed.
7.2 Calculators
Our website may calculate things such as:
estimated Order prices;
unit prices;
fundraising returns;
break-even quantities;
estimated dispatch or collection dates; or
other figures.
These tools are intended to make product selection and ordering easier.
Fundraising calculations are illustrative unless a separate written offer expressly says otherwise. Actual results depend on matters such as selling price and the number of products sold.
A calculator does not by itself create a financial guarantee or promotional promise.
7.3 Quotes and sample requests
Submitting a Quote request, sample request or enquiry does not require you to place an Order.
It also does not require Think Promote to accept an Order or provide a sample.
Free samples are intended for genuine prospective customers and may be limited or refused where appropriate.
The sample provisions in our Trade Terms apply to samples we supply.
For suitable fully priced Quotes, the website may allow you to review your contact, delivery, billing, VAT and payment information and submit an Order Request.
An Order Request asks Think Promote to accept an Order.
It is not itself an accepted Order.
The website confirmation records your submitted Order Request. If you pay successfully by card, it also records that payment and serves as your card payment receipt.
It does not:
create an Order Acknowledgement;
create an internal Order number;
start production; or
mean the Order has been accepted.
A binding Order is formed when Think Promote issues an Order Acknowledgement, as explained in our Trade Terms.
8.2 Checking your information
Before submitting an online Order Request, you will normally be given an opportunity to check the important information you have supplied.
Please check it carefully.
If you realise something is wrong after submission but before acceptance, contact us as soon as possible and include the Quote reference.
8.3 Trade Terms applying to the request
The version of our Trade Terms supplied or linked when you submit the Order Request is the version proposed for the resulting Order.
If we need to apply a later version before accepting the Order, we will bring the change to your attention and make the revised terms available before issuing the Order Acknowledgement.
You can choose not to proceed if you do not accept the revised terms.
8.4 Payment options
The website may offer payment by:
bank transfer;
secure card payment through Stripe; or
payment on account, subject to approval.
Selecting account terms during an Order Request does not mean they have been approved. The payment terms that actually apply are confirmed in the Order Acknowledgement.
Where you choose to pay by card before acceptance, the payment is taken at that point.
Making an early card or bank payment does not itself cause Think Promote to accept the Order.
The website does not store raw card numbers or security codes. Card details are entered using Stripe’s secure payment service.
A website payment receipt is not a VAT invoice. VAT invoices are issued separately through our accounts process.
Bank-transfer instructions and confirmation of a request for account terms do not confirm that payment has been received. If you have already made a bank transfer, do not pay again. Contact our team if you need to check that it has arrived.
8.5 Withdrawing before acceptance
You may withdraw an Order Request before we issue the Order Acknowledgement.
If you made an early card or bank payment for that request, we will refund it in full.
If we cannot accept an Order Request for which you have already paid, we will also refund the relevant payment.
Once an Order Acknowledgement has been issued, the cancellation provisions in our Trade Terms apply instead.
To request a withdrawal, change or refund, contact our team and include your Quote reference.
The public website does not decide cancellation eligibility or issue refunds automatically.
8.6 Order records
Website and payment records may be kept for legitimate operational, accounting, security and legal purposes.
They may not remain permanently accessible through the public website, so you should retain the documents sent to you.
Orders are concluded in English unless we expressly agree otherwise.
9. Saved Quotes and private links
The website may allow a Quote to remain associated with a browser, be emailed, or be transferred to another device.
My Quote may provide a private QR code or return link that allows a Quote to be attached to another browser without creating an account.
Treat a complete private link or QR code carefully. Somebody who has it may be able to access or attach the relevant Quote until the link or session is no longer valid or is revoked.
You are responsible for checking that saved Quote information is still current before submitting an Order Request.
Quotes may be recalculated as product information and prices change.
Track My Order sits outside the website Quote and Order Request process.
Where available for an accepted Order, access information is provided separately with or after the Order Acknowledgement.
The service is intended to provide useful information about active or recently completed jobs, including production, dispatch or collection status.
Do not deliberately access another customer’s Order information or unnecessarily share access information.
Track My Order is an information tool.
The contractual position for turnaround, Latest Dispatch Dates, Latest Collection Dates, delivery and collection is governed by our Trade Terms and the specific Order.
If Track My Order appears to contain incorrect information, contact your order representative.
11. Uploading files and sending information
The website may allow you to send us artwork, photographs, documents, messages or other files.
You must not knowingly upload:
malicious files;
unlawful content;
material that infringes another person’s rights; or
material you do not have the right to supply for the intended purpose.
By sending material through the website, you authorise us to use and process it as reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry, Quote, sample request or proposed Order.
If an Order is accepted, our Trade Terms contain the fuller provisions applying to Customer Materials, artwork, intellectual property and personal data.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information and uploaded files are handled.
12. Intellectual property and linking
12.1 Website content
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content are owned by or licensed to Think Promote.
This can include:
website design;
text and product descriptions;
original photography and graphics;
software and databases;
product designs and artwork; and
trade marks and other copyright material.
You may view, print or save reasonable extracts for legitimate personal, business or organisational use.
You must not reproduce, commercially exploit, republish or distribute a substantial part of our proprietary website material without permission, except where the law allows it.
The restrictions on automated extraction and AI use in section 4 also apply.
Trade marks, logos and materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
12.2 Linking to us
You may link to publicly accessible pages on our website where the link is lawful and does not:
falsely suggest an endorsement, partnership or association;
materially damage our reputation;
misrepresent the source of our content; or
frame or reproduce the website in a misleading way.
We may ask you to remove a link where there is a reasonable reason to do so.
13. Third-party services and security
13.1 Other websites and services
Our website may link to or use services operated by other organisations.
These can include payment, courier, tracking or other services.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or security.
Where you interact directly with a third-party service, its own terms and privacy information may also apply.
13.2 Security
We take reasonable measures to protect our website and systems.
No website can be guaranteed to be completely secure, uninterrupted or free from harmful code.
You are responsible for using appropriate security protection on your own devices.
You must not knowingly introduce malware or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our website or systems without permission.
14. Support articles
Our support articles explain how we normally operate and are intended to make our processes easier to understand.
They are not intended to replace the contractual terms applying to an accepted Order.
If a support article conflicts with an Order Acknowledgement, Special Term, promotional condition or our Trade Terms, the contractual document takes priority.
That does not prevent us from voluntarily offering a customer a more favourable resolution where we consider it appropriate.
15. Our responsibility for website use
Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15.1 Business and organisational users
If you use the website for business, professional, charitable, educational, fundraising or other organisational purposes, we are not responsible for:
loss of profit or revenue;
loss of business or opportunity;
loss of anticipated savings; or
indirect or consequential loss
arising solely from your use of, or inability to use, the public website.
Liability relating to an accepted Order is governed by our Trade Terms instead.
15.2 Consumers
If you use the website as a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage where applicable law makes us responsible for it, including foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these Website Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for business losses suffered by someone acting as a consumer.
Nothing in these terms affects statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Website Terms from time to time.
The version published on the website applies to your use of the website from that point onwards.
Updating these Website Terms does not retrospectively change an accepted Order.
It also does not replace the version of the Trade Terms supplied or linked with an Order Request unless a later version is specifically brought to your attention before the Order is accepted, as explained in section 8.3.
17. General legal terms
17.1 If part of these terms is invalid
If a court or other competent authority decides that part of these Website Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
17.2 No waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these terms, that does not mean we have waived it.
17.3 Governing law
These Website Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you use the website for business or organisational purposes, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes concerning these Website Terms, subject to any mandatory rule of law requiring otherwise.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this section removes any right you may have under applicable law to bring proceedings in another court with mandatory jurisdiction.
