At Think Promote, we do not tolerate modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour or exploitation in any form. As a UK-based manufacturer, we take steps to reduce the risk of these practices occurring in our own business or supply chains.
We manufacture our calendars, diaries, and notebooks in our factory in West Sussex, with production handled in-house by our own team. This gives us direct oversight of working conditions and employment practices for the majority of our output. Exceptions include ad hoc jobs involving products outside our core range, such as custom pens, mugs, and similar items. All employees are paid above the National Living Wage, work in a safe environment, and are free to raise concerns without fear of reprisal.
Our supply chain is relatively short and consists primarily of established UK and European suppliers of paper, board, inks, and binding components. We prefer to work with long-standing suppliers operating under UK and EU labour standards, and we will investigate any credible concerns about a supplier’s practices - including, where appropriate, ending the relationship.
This statement is published voluntarily. Think Promote Limited falls below the £36m turnover threshold at which a formal statement is legally required under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, but we believe transparency on this issue is the right approach regardless of obligation.
