Desk Calendars
The famous Violent Veg cartoons: vegetables behaving badly, one gag a month. For informal brands whose customers enjoy a laugh with their dates.
A palm-of-the-hand desk easel: 155mm wide with three months and a memo strip on every leaf, plus a gloss varnished cover. Posts as a large letter.
The bound easel keeps the calendar upright without extra support, with the advert area facing the user.
A gloss varnish gives the cover a polished finish and helps resist light scuffs during handling.
Designed to fit Royal Mail's Large Letter format, capped at 353 x 250 x 25mm.
A dedicated memo area gives users room for appointments, deliveries and reminders.
Last month, this month and next are always on show, so people plan ahead without turning a page and your advert never leaves their eyeline.
Your quoted price includes one standard advert colour. Extra colours or full colour can be added in the quote builder.

Ask for a sample of Violent Veg Mini Desk Calendar and we’ll send the closest useful example we have, so you can judge the print, paper and proportions before ordering.
Yes. You can request more than one sample if you are comparing options before placing an order.
We may limit the number of samples we send, especially if the request is unusually large or does not seem connected to a likely order. That is not meant to be difficult. It just helps us keep free samples available for genuine businesses, schools, charities and other organisations.
Absolutely not.
We only ask that you request a sample if you’re seriously considering placing an order.
Tell us which product or product area you are interested in, what you are trying to compare, and roughly what the order may be for.
For example, you might want to compare sizes, paper quality, binding, finish or the general feel of a promotional calendar, fundraising calendar or school fundraising calendar.
It also helps to include your likely order quantity, when you expect to order, and any specific products you already have in mind. If you are not sure what to ask for, that is fine. Add a short note about your project and we will choose samples that seem useful.
You can also read how to request a sample before filling in the form for more context.
Usually, no. Most samples are sent blank or as existing examples, so you can judge the product quality, size, materials and finish.
Sometimes we may be able to prepare an early mock-up with your branding, but we cannot promise this for every request. If this is something you need, please explain what you are trying to check when you submit the form.
If you go on to place an order though, you will receive a branded proof before production. Nothing goes to print until that proof has been approved.

Answers to common questions customers ask before choosing this calendar and building their quote.
Three months on the same page: the current month printed large, with the month before and the month after set smaller alongside it. It is the layout most offices ask for, because you can see what is coming without turning the page over.
