Shipping Calendars
Built for freight desks: one large date pad shows three months together, so bookings, sailings and cut-offs for last month, this month and next are visible at once.
Your advert is printed full colour at the top and at the foot of the backboard. Generic date leaves are standard, or have bespoke leaves made with your colours, font and holiday dates.
Custom colours, typefaces and key dates can be added, with an optional small advert in the date area.
A tall, stacked layout keeps three consecutive months visible at once.
Your quoted price includes full-colour advert printing, so logos, brand colours and photography can be reproduced without an upgrade.
Last month, this month and next are always on show, so people plan ahead without turning a page and your advert never leaves their eyeline.

Ask for a sample of Triple Date Mono Pad Shipping Calendar and we’ll send the closest useful example we have, so you can judge the print, paper and proportions before ordering.
Yes. You can request more than one sample if you are comparing options before placing an order.
We may limit the number of samples we send, especially if the request is unusually large or does not seem connected to a likely order. That is not meant to be difficult. It just helps us keep free samples available for genuine businesses, schools, charities and other organisations.
Absolutely not.
We only ask that you request a sample if you’re seriously considering placing an order.
Tell us which product or product area you are interested in, what you are trying to compare, and roughly what the order may be for.
For example, you might want to compare sizes, paper quality, binding, finish or the general feel of a promotional calendar, fundraising calendar or school fundraising calendar.
It also helps to include your likely order quantity, when you expect to order, and any specific products you already have in mind. If you are not sure what to ask for, that is fine. Add a short note about your project and we will choose samples that seem useful.
You can also read how to request a sample before filling in the form for more context.
Usually, no. Most samples are sent blank or as existing examples, so you can judge the product quality, size, materials and finish.
Sometimes we may be able to prepare an early mock-up with your branding, but we cannot promise this for every request. If this is something you need, please explain what you are trying to check when you submit the form.
If you go on to place an order though, you will receive a branded proof before production. Nothing goes to print until that proof has been approved.

Answers to common questions customers ask before choosing this calendar and building their quote.
One large date pad showing three months at a time, glued to a long backboard that folds at the top for posting. A single pad rather than three, which makes it the simplest of the shipping calendars to hang and to send.
The open size tells you how large the calendar is when it is hanging on the wall. The folded size is how compact it becomes for packing and posting. Some of these long calendars are specifically designed to fold down into a cheaper postal bracket, so check the postal size shown on the individual product.
Three months on the same page: the current month printed large, with the month before and the month after set smaller alongside it. It is the layout most offices ask for, because you can see what is coming without turning the page over.
