Create a fundraising calendar and see what it could raise

Use the fundraising estimate to enter your selling price and how many calendars you expect to sell. It shows the estimated return after the calendar print cost, along with how many sales you need to break even. Payment fees, postage and any other selling or distribution costs are not included.

Start with what you realistically expect to sell, not the quantity with the cheapest unit price. Use pre-orders, previous fundraising sales, supporter or member numbers and any events you plan to sell at as a guide. If demand looks like 180 calendars, ordering 200 with a small buffer may make more sense than ordering 500 simply because each one costs less.

Start with the suggested selling price shown for your chosen calendar, then consider what your supporters are likely to pay. Larger wall calendars can usually command more than smaller desk or slimline formats. Try different selling prices in the fundraising estimate to see what they do to your return and break-even point.

Yes. Pre-orders are a good way to judge demand before committing to a larger print run. Show supporters a draft cover or sample, set a closing date and keep paid orders separate from expressions of interest. You can then add a sensible number of extras for events, late buyers or counter sales.

Yes. You can agree a contribution with a local business or existing supporter in return for their logo and details appearing on the calendar. Some groups use one main sponsor, while others include several businesses or sell individual sponsor positions. The sponsorship is arranged and paid directly to your organisation, then you send us the sponsor artwork to include in the calendar.

Yes. In most cases we can produce another print run using your approved artwork. The price per calendar and available turnaround may be different for the new quantity, so ask us for the current price before taking additional orders.

Yes. Our standard layouts include a logo and details panel, but we can also quote for calendars with changing sponsors, additional adverts or different sponsor positions throughout the year. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll suggest the most suitable layout.

Work backwards from the date you want to start selling. Check the turnaround options shown in the quote builder for your chosen calendar, then allow time before production for collecting images, getting sponsor artwork and making any proof changes. Build in extra time if you need the calendars for Christmas or another fixed launch date.

Yes. You can request a sample to check the print quality, paper and finishing before you decide which calendar to order. Your own calendar will still be proofed separately before the full print run is produced.

Yes. Choose Use my images and details and send us your photographs or artwork, logo, wording, sponsor details and any dates you want included. Our studio will assemble the calendar in your chosen layout and send you a digital proof before anything is printed. The quote builder shows the artwork cost for this route.

A traditional 12-month calendar normally needs 13 main images: one for the cover and one for each month. Other layouts can use fewer images or several on each page. Send the best original files you have rather than copies saved from WhatsApp, Facebook or a website, as those are often too compressed for good print quality. If anything looks unsuitable for print, we’ll flag it when we check your artwork.

You should have permission to reproduce the photographs, artwork, logos and other material you send us. If supporters are submitting images, make it clear that selected entries may appear in the printed calendar. Take particular care with photographs of children and make sure the appropriate permissions are in place. We’ll check files for print quality, but your organisation remains responsible for permission to use the material.

Yes. We can include dates that matter to your supporters, such as fundraising events, fixtures, meetings, campaign dates or other useful annual dates. Send them with your artwork and we’ll include them for you to check on the proof.

Yes. Choose the print-ready artwork option and we’ll provide the page size, bleed and PDF requirements for your chosen calendar. Your designer supplies the finished pages and we’ll check the file before printing. You’ll still receive a proof to approve.

Yes. Use the quote builder to see the available quantities and current price for each calendar. You can also order more than one format, such as wall and desk calendars, with each added separately to your quote. If you need a different size, page count or construction, choose Something different and we’ll price it from your brief.
