A quick note from Mike
I asked Caroline, who has been with us for the last five years, whether she would be happy to share a few words about her experience working at Think Promote. We’re very grateful that she agreed - and I was especially relieved by how kind her words were (thankfully). Making workplace adjustments in a factory setting takes care and thought, and I’m very glad we’ve been able to support Caroline properly. Caroline is simply invaluable on the factory floor.
Caroline’s words
My name is Caroline and I’ve been working in the production team at Think Promote for the last five years.
I applied to work at Think Promote as a disabled person and immediately received a very positive and encouraging response, followed by a successful interview! I have MS and can only work for a limited number of hours, in a seated position. But, with no fuss whatsoever, Mike, Emma and the whole team immediately made all the necessary accommodations and workplace adjustments that have allowed me to easily and happily work, and become a valued member of the amazing team.
Think Promote is a fun and friendly place to work and the team now feels like family to me. Mike and Emma are incredibly supportive, caring and encouraging managers, and the whole team are great friends with them, as we are with each other.
